- Lack of engagement: User doesn't know how to increase their engagement: what to post, when to post, who to follow, how to interact with social media
- Extra time and expenses: Additional resources and training for social media managers
- User isn't getting optimal return for their social media posts—i.e. the user isn't getting as much engagement as he/she could get, because he/she doesn't have a way to find the best times to post and doesn't get feedback on how well his posts are predicted to perform.
- Very Little interactions (profile visits, website clicks, button clicks, product page views)
- Difficult to get Discovered (From hashtags, other profiles, Other...)
- User doesn't get as many followers as they could get.
