Only 5% of people who experience negative police behavior report it. We can't fix what we don't see.

Design and build a system to make it easy for residents who encounter police to give feedback directly to/about the specific officer(s) they encountered. Each officer would be required to give out a card (or there would be a sticker on the back of each ticket they write) with a QR code and URL specific to that officer. Following this would take a person to a page where they can give feedback (positive or negative) about that officer. We have a decent idea of what this would look like and can help design, but are also open to ideas from the team.
