Week 3 and 4

Release Canvas 3 - Demo Mode and New design

• [x] Routing for "Take Charge" button on marketing page links directly to login or registration with a link that says "Demo"/"Try it first!"
• [x] Indicator text on the map shows that the user is in "demo mode"
• [x] Login button on the landing page navigate directly to the login Route
• [x] When in demo mode, a message shows that addresses will not be saved
• [x] Full map legend - no need to toggle open and close
• [x] Decided to make the legend full on web and closed on mobile as default. It can still be toggled if needed.
• [x] Long wall of text at the bottom of the legend is removed and legend is more intuitive
