Kickoff Calls are the first call with the stakeholder and their Labs team.

Goal

Understand the stakeholder's vision for the product and definition of success.

Establish "how we're going to work together" in broad terms, setting expectations for the rest of the engagement.

Prepping for a Kickoff Call

  1. Check the top of your PVD for meeting time.
  2. Team Lead will coordinate with team members to create a list of questions the team has. Document these in the 'meeting notes' section of the PVD.
  3. Designate a note taker during the call
  4. Over the next weeks, the Team Lead runs all communication with the stakeholder, cc'ing co-op manager and co-op SL on emails and meeting invites as needed.
