Summary

Currently,Lambda School students and alumni have difficulty finding a job and have to compile their own databases about employers they are interested in. Other applications serve as places to look at company reviews, and have networking and user profiles, but none offer both.

What other ways is the target persona solving the problem?

Linkedin, Glassdoor, extensive google searching, talking to career readiness, using social media to talk to other Lambda School grads, asking friends and family, making individual google spreadsheets with favorite jobs and information about them (description, salary).
